1. Who we are

Momentum is a consumer product operated by HabitIQ ("HabitIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Momentum, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity on your account. You must be 16 or older to use Momentum.

3. Verified activity

Momentum measures progress, streaks, and rewards based on activity verified through connected services like Hevy and Fitbit. We don't accept manual workout entry as the primary source of truth, and we reserve the right to adjust points or remove rewards earned through suspected manipulation.

4. Rewards and redemptions

Momentum points have no cash value and are not transferable. Apparel and partner rewards are fulfilled by third parties (including Apliiq for apparel). Once a reward is redeemed, points are deducted and the order is processed; refunds depend on the partner's policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, attempt to manipulate activity data, scrape the platform, or use Momentum to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service itself. We'll do our best to notify you of material changes. You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone.
